President
Dr. David Fogel has over 30 years of experience in applying computational intelligence to solving real-world problems. He received the Ph.D. in engineering from UCSD in 1992 and the B.S. mathematics (statistics) from UCSB in 1985. Dr. Fogel’s successful efforts include practical advancements in defense and homeland security, supply chain and logistics management, breast cancer detection, drug discovery, financial forecasting, and even video games. Dr. Fogel is an IEEE Fellow, award-winning scientist, recognized by the IEEE, Sigma Xi, SPIE, and other prestigious organizations. In 2009, he was named one of the top-100 most influential alumni in the then 50-year history of the University of California at San Diego.

Dr. Gary Fogel has over 25 years of experience applying computational intelligence to solving real-world problems. He received the Ph.D. in biology from UCLA in 1998 and the B.A. in biology with a minor in geology from UCSC in 1991. Dr. Fogel's efforts include many applications of computational intelligence to biomedicine from drug discovery to companion diagnostics to process and price optimization. Dr. Fogel is an IEEE Fellow and has received awards from Sigma Xi and other organizations for his efforts in predictive analytics with machine learning approaches.
