Natural Selection, Inc. and Molegro Announce Bioinformatics Software Distribution Partnership
La Jolla, CA – Natural Selection, Inc. and Molegro (Aarhus, Denmark) are pleased to announce today that they have formed a distribution partnership. Under this partnership, Natural Selection, Inc., a leader in the development of bioinformatics tools using computational intelligence, will help market and distribute Molegro’s innovative new drug-docking software. Molegro’s new product, the Molegro Virtual Docker 2006, utilizes differential evolution to predict protein-ligand interactions. Molegro Virtual Docker handles all aspects of the docking process from preparation of the molecules to determination of the potential binding sites of the target protein, and prediction of the binding modes of the ligands.
According to Dr. Gary Fogel, Vice President of Natural Selection, Inc., “We are excited about this opportunity to promote Molegro’s bioinformatics software products.
