Dr. David Fogel Publishes Article on Computational Intelligence Methods in IEEE Instrumentation & Measurement Magazine

La Jolla, CA – The June 2006 issue of the IEEE Instrumentation & Measurement Magazine features a lead article by Dr. David Fogel, CEO of Natural Selection, Inc., on "Machine Intelligence: Teaching Computers to Learn." The article offers an introduction to generating smart machines by relying on biological inspiration. Dr. Fogel addresses the areas of neural, evolutionary, and fuzzy computation, and provides examples of how technologies in these areas can be applied to create intelligent systems in pattern discover, pattern recognition, and system design.
