Dr. Gary B. Fogel, vice president of Natural Selection, Inc., has been elected a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

The grade of Senior Member requires experience reflecting professional maturity and significant professional achievements. It is the second highest level of membership in the IEEE, the world's largest organization of engineers with over 360,000 members in 147 countries. Senior member grade requires a nomination and review process and only 7.3% of IEEE members hold this grade.
