Larry Fogel Gives Banquet Speech at the 2000 Joint Conference on Information Sciences
Atlantic City, NJ - Larry Fogel, president of Natural Selection, Inc., is the guest of honor tonight at the 2000 Joint Conference on Information Sciences held at the Taj Mahal Hotel. Dr. Fogel will present the banquet speech titled "The Valuated State Space Approach and Evolutionary Computation." He will highlight the importance of quantifying the purpose to be achieved in problem solving and the flexible nature of evolutionary algorithms for addressing many real-world problems. The conference is a joint meeting of many symposia covering topics in evolutionary algorithms, neural networks, fuzzy logic, data mining, and other information sciences.
