Dr. Lawrence Fogel Gives Plenary at 1997 International Conference on Genetic Algorithms

His talk, "Evolutionary Computation: Then and Now" will highlight his invention of evolutionary programming in 1960 and its subsequent development during his tenure as president of Decision Science, Inc. during the 1960s and 1970s.
